rules & regulations

  • Park in the designated area for your site. Any other parking must be approved by the Manager.

  • Bathrooms, showers and laundry are for registered guests only.

  • Secure your valuables, Sage Valley is not responsible for loss or theft of any property.

  • Speed Limit is 8 km/hr.

  • Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 7:00am. No loud music, TV’s or parties will be tolerated.

  • No digging in gravel/grass. You will be responsible for any damages.

  • Do not walk through or use other guest’s site for any reason, this includes pets and children.

  • You must dispose of your own trash.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the bathrooms & laundry.

  • Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times.


RV’s: 

  • Vehicles must be in good running order. No (excessive fluid leaks, etc. ) will be tolerated.

  • Maintenance on vehicles is prohibited unless approved by the Manager.

  • Only well-kept RV’s are allowed in the Resort. All units must have sleeping facilities, window coverings and approved electrical, water & sewer hookups.

  • We do not accept converted school buses or dead storage trailers.

  • Truck Campers are not to be removed from vehicles.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission of RV’s not meeting park standards.

  • Fire laws prohibit storage of materials under or around RV’s.

  • Only legitimate outside patio furniture is allowed. Any outside storage cabinets must be approved by management before being placed on a site.

  • No use of generators, clotheslines or tents on RV sites.


PETS

  • Two (2) house pets per site are allowed.

  • Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.

  • Clean up after your pet immediately.

  • Pets will be on a leash 6ft or shorter in length and under control of an adult at all times.

  • Do not tie pets to any RV property (tables, trees, etc.)

  • Pet fences or kennels may not be set up on grass.

  • Pets are not allowed in the bathroom or laundry.

  • Please restrain dogs from barking and disturbing others.

  • Aggressive dogs will not be allowed. You will be asked to leave if your dog shows any aggressive tendencies or complaints are verified.

WI-FI ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

  • Sage Valley Resort and RV Park provides free WiFi access to its guests. In compliance with acceptable use policies, we ask that our service not be used for any of the following: illegal or fraudulent use, copyright or trademark infringement, threats or harassment, harm to minors, spamming, hacking, system disruption, impersonation or forgery, abuse of new groups, excessive use of bandwidth, viruses, etc.


NOTE: Sage Valley resort is privately owned. Violations of any resort rules and regulations or antisocial behaviour which may or may not be covered by these rules and regulations may result in eviction from the resort. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and to refuse to register any undesirable guests or RV’s.  Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, or any other means nor are they responsible for accidents. Guests are responsible for any damage they may cause to park property, including utility pedestals and outlets.
